Job Description

Role Overview – Canadian Medical Center is hiring a Human Resource Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, healthcare sector knowledge, and the ability to lead HR functions effectively, manage recruitment, develop talent, ensure compliance, support organizational culture, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic healthcare organization.

HR Strategy and Planning – You will develop HR strategy by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and driving strategic initiatives. You will align HR with business strategy and support organizational growth. You should contribute strategic thinking to organizational development and talent management.

HR Leadership and Direction – You will provide HR leadership by setting direction, establishing standards, managing processes, and driving improvement. You will oversee comprehensive HR operations supporting organizational objectives. You should lead HR function strategically and professionally.

Team Management and Development – You will manage HR team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment by developing recruitment strategy, overseeing sourcing, managing hiring, and building talent pipelines. You will establish recruitment standards, manage budgets, and ensure quality hiring across organization. You should develop recruitment strategy supporting staffing needs.

Healthcare Professional Recruitment – You will manage recruitment for healthcare positions including physicians, nurses, specialists, and clinical staff. You will recruit qualified healthcare professionals supporting patient care. You should understand healthcare talent requirements and credentials.

Administrative and Support Staff Recruitment – You will manage recruitment for administrative positions supporting organization. You will build complete workforce supporting operations. You should manage diverse recruitment needs.

Medical Credentials and License Verification – You will verify medical credentials by reviewing qualifications, confirming licenses, validating certifications, and maintaining compliance. You will ensure proper credentialing and regulatory adherence. You should understand medical credentials and licensing.

Employee Relations Management – You will manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships. You will conduct feedback mechanisms and support inclusive environment. You should be approachable resource for employee matters.
