Job Description

 HR & Training Role Overview : The HR & Training Assistant will support HR operations, ensuring smooth administration of employee records, documentation, and training programs. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in UAE HR or admin environments, looking to grow professionally in a dynamic organization.

Employee Records and Documentation : You will maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation to ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing onboarding, payroll data, and training records effectively.

Onboarding and Induction Support : The role involves assisting in the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing induction materials, coordinating welcome sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the organization’s culture and policies.

Training Coordination : You will support the HR team in organizing and scheduling training programs for staff. This includes liaising with trainers, preparing training schedules, and tracking employee participation and progress.

HR Reporting and Administration : The assistant will contribute to HR reporting by compiling data, preparing HR metrics, and assisting with routine administrative tasks. Timely and accurate reporting helps management make informed HR decisions.

Team Collaboration and Communication : The role requires working closely with HR, operations, and management teams. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential to support a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
