Role Overview : The HR & Training Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department by ensuring smooth administrative operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with training activities in a fast-paced professional environment.
HR Administrative Support : This role involves handling HR documentation, maintaining employee files, updating records, and ensuring all information is properly organized and compliant with internal policies and local labor regulations.
Onboarding Assistance : The HR & Training Assistant supports the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, assisting new employees during orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Training Coordination : You will assist in organizing training sessions, coordinating schedules, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records to support continuous employee development.
Employee Records Management : The position requires managing attendance data, leave records, and employee information while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timely updates across HR systems.
Workplace Coordination : Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support daily HR operations, collaborate with multiple departments, and manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
