SEIS is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Specialist to help shape and manage our internal HR operations. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with leadership to deliver effective human resource strategies while nurturing a collaborative and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Specialist, you’ll take charge of end-to-end recruitment, from talent sourcing to onboarding new hires. You'll also serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managing day-to-day HR functions and providing support on a variety of topics including employee relations, engagement activities, and conflict resolution.

Policy & Compliance Management: You will be responsible for maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are current and fully compliant with UAE labor laws. This includes implementing changes as needed and communicating policies clearly to all team members, fostering transparency and fairness in the workplace.

Performance & Development Support: Supporting the performance review process and staff development initiatives will be part of your regular duties. This includes helping managers establish performance goals, tracking progress, and facilitating learning opportunities that align with the company’s growth plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal applicant will have at least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices in the UAE. We're looking for someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and skilled at building rapport across departments.

Soft Skills & Strengths: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role. You'll need to be confident when working with teams of all sizes and able to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
