Role Overview: We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated HR Specialist for our client located in Al Garhoud, Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals who are looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
HR Policies & Compliance: In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with local labor regulations and internal standards. Your insights will help shape a structured and compliant work culture.
Employee Lifecycle Management: You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and induction to offboarding and final settlements. This includes handling contracts, probation evaluations, confirmations, and terminations with professionalism and accuracy.
Performance Management: A core part of your responsibilities will be supporting the performance review cycle, assisting in KPI setting, goal tracking, and employee development plans. You will play a key role in building a culture of feedback and accountability.
Labor Law & HR Operations: A deep understanding of UAE labor laws is essential, as you will ensure legal compliance in areas such as leave management, disciplinary procedures, and visa-related matters. You'll coordinate closely with PROs and government portals when needed.
Documentation & Records: You’ll be in charge of maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and ensuring all documentation is complete and organized. Accuracy, confidentiality, and record integrity are vital in this position.
Communication & Engagement: You’ll support internal communications related to HR matters and help with employee engagement initiatives. Being well-spoken, approachable, and organized will help you succeed in building trust across the team.
