Job Description
Key Role in People Operations: Are you passionate about people and organizational culture? SEIS is seeking an experienced HR Specialist who will play a vital role in driving people-first strategies and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Recruitment & Onboarding: In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviews and onboarding. You’ll work closely with department heads to ensure the right candidates are placed in roles that align with business goals and cultural fit.
Employee Engagement & Relations: You’ll lead employee engagement initiatives, maintain strong employee relations, and provide support for day-to-day inquiries and interpersonal matters. A key part of the role is creating a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture.
Policy & Compliance Management: As the HR Specialist, you’ll ensure all HR policies are up-to-date, relevant, and in line with UAE labor laws. Your role will include reviewing, revising, and implementing HR guidelines and policies across departments.
Performance & Development: Supporting the company’s performance management processes, you’ll help facilitate reviews, goal-setting, and feedback sessions, and work with teams to build learning and development frameworks.
Problem Solving & Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills are essential in navigating sensitive HR matters. You’ll serve as a bridge between staff and leadership, helping resolve conflicts and supporting workforce needs with empathy and efficiency.
