Job Description
Role Overview – Apply In A company in Abu Dhabi is hiring an HR Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). This position requires relevant HR experience and fluency in both Arabic and English. This role is ideal for HR professionals who can manage diverse HR functions and support effective human resources operations.
Recruitment and Selection – You will manage recruitment activities including posting job advertisements on various platforms, sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukri Gulf), screening resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews and assessments, coordinating with hiring managers on candidate selection, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and ensuring successful hiring of qualified candidates across departments.
Employee Onboarding and Integration – You will coordinate comprehensive onboarding processes for new employees including preparing joining documentation, facilitating orientation programs, conducting HR inductions covering policies and procedures, coordinating uniform and ID card issuance when applicable, arranging system access and email accounts, ensuring completion of joining formalities, and creating positive onboarding experiences that support employee integration and retention.
Employee Relations Management – You will manage employee relations by serving as point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, conducting investigation when necessary, supporting disciplinary procedures, maintaining open communication channels, promoting positive workplace culture, and fostering harmonious employee relations across the organization.
Performance Management Support – You will support performance management processes including coordinating performance appraisal cycles, distributing evaluation forms and guidelines, tracking appraisal completion across departments, maintaining performance documentation, supporting managers with performance discussions, processing performance improvement plans, coordinating performance calibration, and ensuring effective performance management administration.
Compensation and Benefits Administration – You will support compensation and benefits administration by maintaining salary structures, processing salary adjustments and promotions, coordinating annual salary reviews, administering employee benefits including health insurance and leave entitlements, coordinating with insurance providers, processing employee benefit claims, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
