Key Responsibilities: The HR Specialist will focus on designing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives across different entities. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, setting group-wide policies, and ensuring consistency in practices such as payroll, performance management, and employee engagement. You will act as a bridge between senior leadership and HR teams across subsidiaries.

Strategic HR Management: A critical aspect of the role is the ability to translate business strategies into actionable HR plans.
