Role Overview: As an HR Specialist at Atlantic Cars, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the company. This position requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, hands-on HR operations, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR functions smoothly.
Core Responsibilities: Your duties will include managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining HR records, handling payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will also act as the point of contact for HR-related queries across the organization.
Employee Engagement: In this role, you will actively contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture by implementing HR initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and professional growth. This includes organizing internal programs, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Compliance & UAE Experience: A strong requirement for this role is prior UAE-based HR experience. You must be well-versed in UAE labor law, visa processing, and HR compliance requirements to ensure the company remains aligned with all legal and regulatory obligations.
Collaboration & Communication: You will collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning, training initiatives, and conflict resolution. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: The HR Specialist must demonstrate problem-solving skills, the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, and flexibility to adapt to changing organizational priorities. Immediate joiners will be given preference to meet urgent business needs.
