Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate must have proven HR experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of employee engagement practices, conflict resolution, and administrative HR tasks. Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can handle confidential information with discretion will be highly preferred.
