Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to lead the hiring efforts for both white and blue-collar roles within our rapidly growing company.
Strategic Planning: In this role, you will develop recruiting strategies, coordinate with department heads, and understand staffing needs across all levels.
Sourcing Talent: Responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, agencies, and social media. You’ll also screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
Hiring Process: You’ll manage offer rollouts, conduct background checks, and onboard new hires seamlessly.
Database Management: Maintain updated databases of applicants, coordinate interview schedules, and prepare monthly hiring reports.
Compliance: Ensure hiring practices are in line with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
