Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking to hire an experienced HR Recruitment Officer with strong expertise in UAE construction hiring and overseas manpower recruitment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and have a solid background working with infrastructure and contracting companies. This is a critical role focused on fulfilling the skilled and unskilled labor requirements of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Recruitment Planning: You will be responsible for identifying current and future manpower requirements in coordination with project and HR departments. Your job will involve building recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates from both local UAE markets and overseas channels, especially for construction and infrastructure roles.
Candidate Sourcing:
You will source candidates using job portals, recruitment agencies, and your internal networks. Bulk recruitment experience for overseas hiring, particularly from countries like India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, will be essential. You must be capable of managing agency relationships and conducting interviews via virtual platforms or in recruitment campaigns abroad.
Interview Coordination: You will manage pre-screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews with technical teams. Handling all logistics related to recruitment drives—both in UAE and overseas—is part of your role. Attention to detail and coordination with multiple stakeholders is a must to ensure successful hiring within deadlines.
Documentation & Onboarding:
Your responsibilities include collecting required documents, coordinating visa processing, and ensuring smooth onboarding of newly hired workers and staff. You will also manage employee data within the HR system, maintaining accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Reporting & Compliance: You’ll be expected to maintain detailed recruitment trackers, provide weekly hiring status reports, and ensure compliance with UAE MOL (Ministry of Labour) regulations. Knowledge of WPS, quota management, and recruitment budgeting will be considered an added advantage.
