Job Description
We are currently seeking a HR & Recruitment Assistant to support our growing recruitment team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate HR professional to work in a fast-paced environment.
The HR & Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the entire recruitment lifecycle—from posting jobs to onboarding new employees. You will coordinate interviews, maintain applicant tracking records, and ensure all candidates receive timely feedback.
You will also assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documentation. Your support will help streamline our internal processes and improve candidate experience.
A key part of your role will involve liaising with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build candidate pipelines accordingly. Your experience and understanding of UAE labor laws will be crucial in managing compliant HR practices.
Additionally, you will maintain and update employee records, ensure proper documentation is filed, and support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be regularly interacting with candidates and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools is essential.
We are looking for a female candidate currently based in the UAE with at least 4 years of relevant HR and recruitment experience. The ideal candidate must be proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
