Compliance and Process Improvement: You will ensure that all recruitment processes follow the UAE labor laws and internal company policies. Additionally, your analytical mindset will help streamline recruitment pipelines, optimize hiring costs, and enhance onboarding strategies across the company.

Stakeholder Engagement: The position demands regular interaction with project managers, departmental heads, and senior management to forecast hiring needs, assess current workforce capacity, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a strong employer brand in the market.
