Recruitment Responsibilities: The primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from identifying job requirements to sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for prospective candidates. You will help ensure staffing needs are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.

Job Posting & Sourcing: You will be responsible for drafting and posting job ads on various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels. You must have a knack for writing clear and compelling job descriptions to attract quality candidates.

Candidate Engagement: You will engage with candidates via phone, email, or in person, ensuring clear communication about job expectations and interview processes. A friendly, approachable, and professional communication style is essential.

Immediate Hiring Needs: The clinic is urgently hiring and seeking candidates who can join immediately. Therefore, your ability to close roles quickly and handle multiple openings simultaneously will be highly valued.

Coordination & Reporting: You will coordinate interview schedules, follow up with shortlisted candidates, and keep hiring managers informed about progress. Documentation and reporting of recruitment metrics are part of the role.
