Role Overview – MVP Real Estate is hiring an HR Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for talented recruitment professionals with strong sourcing expertise, candidate assessment knowledge, and the ability to identify qualified talent effectively, manage recruitment processes, build candidate relationships, support hiring managers, and contribute to organizational growth within a dynamic real estate organization.

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment – You will source qualified candidates by identifying prospects, utilizing recruitment channels, and building candidate pipelines. You will conduct outreach, screen candidates, and develop robust candidate pools supporting hiring needs. You will source talent for real estate positions including sales, management, and administrative roles.

Job Posting and Distribution – You will manage job postings by creating compelling job descriptions, posting positions on job boards, and distributing to recruitment channels. You will optimize visibility and attract qualified applicants. You will manage recruitment advertising effectively.

Candidate Screening and Assessment – You will screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and assessing qualifications. You will evaluate fit with position requirements and organizational culture. You should be effective screener identifying qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination and Scheduling – You will coordinate interviews by scheduling candidates, confirming appointments, and preparing interview materials. You will support hiring manager interviews and manage logistics. You will maintain organized interview schedules and ensure smooth coordination.
