Recruitment Responsibilities: As an HR Recruiter, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and final selection procedures. You will be expected to manage multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards in hiring.

Candidate Engagement: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create attractive job descriptions. You will also engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience that reflects the values of Be You Clinic.

Job Portal Management: A key part of your role will involve managing job postings on various platforms, filtering applications, and tracking recruitment progress. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms will be considered an asset.

Process Improvement: You will continuously seek ways to improve recruitment efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and increase the quality of candidates. Your insights and suggestions for process enhancements will be highly valued within the HR team.

Communication & Coordination: Strong communication skills will be essential for internal coordination and candidate correspondence. You will be the bridge between the company and potential hires and must uphold professionalism and clarity in every interaction.
