Role Overview: Andalusia Holding is launching a new HR Team to support its expanding operations in the UAE. We are looking for motivated, bilingual, and experienced HR professionals to play a vital role in shaping and executing our people strategy across various business units.

General Responsibilities: Selected candidates will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with business leaders to align HR practices with operational needs.

Labor Law & Compliance: A strong command of UAE labor laws is essential for this role. You will ensure all HR policies and practices are aligned with legal standards, handle visa and documentation processes, and provide timely support on labor compliance matters.

Employee Experience: A key part of your responsibilities will include supporting employee engagement initiatives, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive work culture through structured HR frameworks and consistent policy enforcement.

Bilingual Communication: As a bilingual Arabic-English HR professional, you’ll act as a cultural bridge within our team and client environments. Clear and effective communication in both languages will be required for internal coordination and external liaison.

Preferred Profile: We’re looking for immediate joiners with a passion for human capital management and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. You must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
