Job Description

Role Overview – LAWBRIDGE is seeking an HR professional for immediate joining at our Business Bay office in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced HR practitioners who can handle the complete HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, policy implementation, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Full HR Lifecycle Management – You will manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment through exit, oversee hiring processes, coordinate new employee onboarding, facilitate employee integration, manage career transitions, conduct exit interviews, process offboarding procedures, handle final settlements, and ensure smooth employee experiences throughout their journey with the organization.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes including identifying hiring needs, posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, managing candidate communications, and ensuring successful hiring of qualified talent that meets organizational requirements.

Onboarding and Integration – You will coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees, prepare employment documentation, facilitate orientation sessions, coordinate system access and workspace setup, ensure completion of compliance requirements, introduce company culture and policies, support new hire integration, and create positive first impressions that support employee retention.

Performance Management – You will implement and manage performance management systems, coordinate performance review cycles, facilitate goal-setting processes, track performance evaluations, provide guidance to managers on performance discussions, manage performance improvement plans, support talent development initiatives, and ensure effective performance management across the organization.

Employee Engagement and Relations – You will develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, organize team-building activities, conduct employee surveys, address employee concerns and grievances, facilitate conflict resolution, promote positive workplace culture, support internal communications, and maintain strong employee relations that foster satisfaction and productivity.

HR Policy Implementation – You will implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensure policy compliance across the organization, update policies to reflect regulatory changes and best practices, conduct policy training sessions, address policy-related queries, maintain policy documentation, and ensure consistent application of HR policies throughout the company.

Payroll Support and Coordination – You will support payroll processing activities, coordinate with payroll providers or finance teams, provide payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and leave data, verify payroll accuracy, address payroll queries, ensure timely salary disbursement, and maintain proper payroll documentation and records.

UAE Labor Law Compliance – You will ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and regulations, stay updated on labor law changes, implement compliant HR procedures, manage visa and labor card processing, coordinate with PRO services, handle ministry documentation, prepare required government reports, support labor inspections, and ensure the organization meets all legal and regulatory obligations.

HR Operations and Administration – You will manage daily HR administrative operations including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, managing attendance and leave systems, coordinating employee benefits, handling HR correspondence, managing HR databases and HRMS, generating HR reports, and ensuring efficient HR operational workflows.

Employee Documentation and Records – You will maintain accurate and organized employee files, manage employment contracts and amendments, ensure proper documentation of all HR transactions, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, organize personnel records systematically, ensure document retention compliance, and support audit requirements with proper HR documentation.

Training and Development Coordination – You will identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, organize training sessions, manage training logistics, track training participation, evaluate training effectiveness, support career development initiatives, and facilitate continuous learning opportunities for employees.

Requirements – Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE is mandatory. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations essential. Proven experience in HR operations and administration including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Proficiency with HRMS systems and MS Office. Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently and manage confidential information professionally.
