Chinese Palace Group is looking for a motivated and organized HR and PR Coordinator to join their team in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR and public relations professional with a strong background in UAE visa processing and government related procedures who is ready to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
In this role you will be responsible for handling all UAE visa processing including renewals, cancellations, and status changes, and coordinating labor and immigration requirements in full compliance with UAE Labour Law. You will manage employee medical appointments and biometric procedures, maintain and organize employee records and HR databases, and utilize UAE government portals and online systems efficiently and accurately. Preparing reports, maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel, and coordinating effectively with PROs, HR team members, and Shop Managers will be central to your day to day responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will bring solid knowledge of UAE visa processing procedures and a good understanding of UAE Labour Law. Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills, familiarity with UAE government portals and systems, and excellent coordination and communication abilities are essential requirements for this role. You should be detail oriented, professional in appearance, and positive in attitude. Previous UAE HR or PRO experience will be considered a strong advantage and is highly preferred.
