Job Overview: We are urgently hiring an HR / Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role combines the responsibilities of HR support with administrative assistance to management. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different tasks. With a focus on both HR duties and executive assistance, this position provides an exciting opportunity for candidates who enjoy variety in their daily responsibilities.

HR Responsibilities: As part of your HR duties, you will assist with the recruitment process, coordinate onboarding activities, and provide employee support throughout their tenure. You will help maintain HR records, update employee files, and ensure that all HR processes are carried out efficiently. The HR / PA will also support managers with workforce coordination, helping to create a smooth and structured work environment for the team.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities: In your role as a PA, you will be responsible for managing daily schedules, setting up meetings, and arranging travel or appointments when required. You will draft correspondence, prepare reports, and act as a liaison between management and employees. Your role will require discretion, reliability, and excellent organizational skills to ensure management receives the right support at the right time.

Required Personality Traits: Beyond technical skills, the role demands someone with a smart and switched-on personality who can handle responsibilities with confidence. A professional attitude, polished communication style, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are critical. Candidates already based in Sharjah are preferred, as this will allow for a quick transition into the position.

Technology & Systems: The HR / PA will also work with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to prepare and manage documentation. Familiarity with HRMS systems or other HR software will be an added advantage. Accuracy and attention to detail are key, as you will be handling sensitive information and official documents.
