Job Description
Role Overview: The HR Payroll Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in compliance with local regulations. This position supports all payroll-related functions in a timely and efficient manner.
Daily Responsibilities: You will be responsible for data entry, timesheet validations, and leave adjustments, as well as preparing reports on payroll costs. Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining employee records are a must.
Payroll Processing: Timely processing of monthly payrolls for all employees, validating working hours, overtime, and deductions, and coordinating with finance for payment disbursement.
Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with UAE labor laws, WPS systems, and company policies. Monitor audit trails and reporting standards.
Coordination: You’ll work closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure consistent and accurate payroll activities and resolve any discrepancies.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of payroll procedures, salary structures, and pay records. Assist in preparing financial statements and payroll-related audits.
