Job Description

Role Overview – Tarrad Development is hiring an HR Operations Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized HR professionals with strong HR operations expertise, compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage HR activities effectively, coordinate employee relations, ensure regulatory adherence, optimize HR processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to organizational efficiency within a dynamic real estate development organization.

HR Operations Management and Coordination – You will manage HR operations by coordinating HR activities, implementing HR procedures, and supporting operational efficiency. You will oversee day-to-day HR functions, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth HR operations supporting business objectives. You will maintain organized HR systems and support effective HR service delivery.

Employee Records and Documentation Management – You will maintain accurate employee records by organizing personnel files, updating employee information, and ensuring documentation completeness and accuracy. You will organize filing systems, preserve records appropriately, and ensure easy retrieval of HR information. You will maintain confidential employee data securely and manage records according to retention requirements.

Recruitment Support and Coordination – You will support recruitment activities by organizing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. You will support hiring managers with interview coordination, prepare offer documentation, and track hiring progress. You will maintain organized recruitment documentation and manage recruitment timelines.

Payroll Coordination and Administration – You will coordinate payroll operations by organizing payroll data, maintaining employee records, and liaising with payroll providers. You will track salary information, support timely processing, verify accuracy, and maintain payroll documentation. You will ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
