Job Description

Role Overview – Redecom is seeking a motivated HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations with strong knowledge of HR processes and employee services. This role is ideal for HR professionals who can manage operational HR functions and deliver efficient employee services.

HR Operations Management – You will manage daily HR operations including employee lifecycle administration, HR process execution, operational workflows, HR service delivery, compliance monitoring, documentation management, and ensuring smooth and efficient HR operational activities that support the organization's human resources function.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding – You will coordinate comprehensive onboarding processes for new employees including preparing employment documentation, facilitating orientation programs, coordinating system access setup, ensuring completion of joining formalities, conducting HR inductions, and creating positive onboarding experiences. You will manage offboarding procedures including exit documentation, clearance processes, final settlements, and ensuring smooth employee transitions.

Employee Records and Database Management – You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems, manage personnel files, update employee information, ensure data accuracy and integrity, organize employee documentation, maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data, manage employee databases, and ensure efficient retrieval of HR information when needed.

HR Documentation and Processing – You will prepare and process HR documentation including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, salary revisions, resignation acceptances, experience certificates, and various HR correspondence. You will ensure accurate documentation, obtain necessary approvals, maintain proper filing, and process all HR paperwork efficiently.

Leave and Attendance Management – You will manage employee leave and attendance including processing leave applications, tracking leave balances, maintaining attendance records, coordinating with payroll on attendance inputs, managing leave policies, handling attendance discrepancies, generating attendance reports, and ensuring accurate tracking of employee working time and absences.

Payroll Coordination and Support – You will support payroll processing by providing accurate payroll inputs including new hires, resignations, salary changes, overtime, deductions, leave data, and attendance records. You will coordinate with payroll teams or providers, verify payroll accuracy, address payroll queries, and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

Employee Services and Support – You will provide employee services by responding to HR inquiries, processing employee requests, issuing employment letters and certificates, coordinating employee benefits administration, handling HR-related concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring employees receive responsive and helpful HR support.

HR Process Implementation and Improvement – You will implement HR processes and procedures, ensure consistent application of HR policies, identify process improvement opportunities, streamline HR workflows, optimize operational efficiency, document standard operating procedures, and continuously enhance HR service delivery quality.

Compliance and Regulatory Management – You will ensure HR operations comply with UAE labor law and regulations, maintain compliance with employment regulations, coordinate visa and labor card processing with PRO services, ensure proper government documentation, handle ministry submissions, support labor inspections, and maintain full regulatory compliance in all HR activities.

HRIS and System Management – You will manage HR Information Systems effectively, maintain employee data in HRIS, generate HR reports and analytics, utilize system functionalities for HR processes, ensure data security, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with IT on HRIS matters, and leverage technology to enhance HR operational efficiency.

Performance Management Support – You will support performance management processes including coordinating performance review cycles, maintaining performance documentation, tracking performance evaluation completion, preparing performance reports, supporting managers with performance tools, and ensuring effective execution of performance management programs.
