Job Overview: HNZ Holding is actively seeking a detail-driven and process-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting daily HR functions and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. This is a vital position that bridges strategic HR goals with smooth operational delivery.

Operational HR Duties: As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, employee record updates, and HRIS maintenance. You will be expected to ensure all employee data and documentation are up to date and legally compliant.

Payroll & Compliance: You will coordinate closely with the payroll team by providing accurate data on employee attendance, leave balances, and salary changes. You must also ensure the organization adheres to UAE labor law in matters of employment contracts, benefits, and terminations.

Employee Relations & Guidance: You will support managers and staff with HR policy interpretation, performance improvement processes, and day-to-day employee relations matters. Providing consistent support to ensure staff feel informed and valued is a key part of this role.

System & Data Management: The role requires efficient use of HR systems to manage employee data, generate reports, and monitor performance or compliance alerts. Experience with HR software or ERP systems will be a strong advantage.

Process Improvement: You’ll play an active role in reviewing and improving existing HR procedures, ensuring that workflows are streamlined, and policies are properly documented and understood by staff. Your input will help shape the company’s evolving HR framework.
