ASPIRE Manpower Services is hiring for an HR Onboarding Administrator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that documentation, system records, and compliance requirements are handled accurately and on time. You will coordinate closely with HR, hiring managers, and new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation, maintaining employee records within SAP SuccessFactors and supporting related Employee Central and Talent Module activities. You will also support broader HR administration tasks as needed, helping to keep HR processes running efficiently across the team.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years of experience in HR administration or onboarding, with familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central and Talent Modules, considered a strong advantage. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously are essential. You should be comfortable communicating with new hires, hiring managers, and HR colleagues, and confident working within structured HR systems and processes.
