Job Description

Job Overview: As an HR Officer at Taaeen, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in implementing human resource strategies that align with our company’s goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing talent development initiatives, ensuring the effective performance management of employees, and maintaining an engaging and efficient work environment that adheres to local regulations and global standards.

Roles and Responsibilities: Your day-to-day duties will include facilitating recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining updated employee records, and implementing internal HR policies. You will assist in conducting regular performance evaluations and collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training needs. You will also contribute to the company’s workforce planning and budgeting processes.

Talent Management: You will take ownership of our talent management programs, focusing on identifying high-potential individuals and developing strategies to retain top performers. This includes executing career development plans, mentoring systems, and succession planning. You will also be tasked with improving employee satisfaction and aligning career goals with organizational objectives.

Performance Management: A significant aspect of your role will involve managing our performance appraisal systems. This includes creating fair and structured appraisal frameworks, analyzing performance data, and offering actionable insights to department leads. You will be required to develop KPIs and ensure that performance reviews are conducted fairly and consistently across all departments.

Policy Development & Compliance: You will assist in developing and updating company policies to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and international best practices. This includes advising employees and management on HR issues, resolving conflicts, and updating handbooks and contracts. Ensuring transparency and fairness in all HR dealings is critical to this role.

Employee Relations: Building and nurturing a healthy workplace culture will be one of your priorities. You will help address grievances, promote engagement activities, and mediate employee disputes. Your ability to foster a positive, productive, and respectful work atmosphere will be key to maintaining high retention and morale.
