Job Description

Role Overview:

Kingston Stanley is seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Officer to support day-to-day human resources operations in Dubai. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting HR processes, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring smooth implementation of company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

HR Operations & Administration:

Support daily HR operations and ensure HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, HR databases, and related documentation. Prepare HR letters, forms, reports, and other employment-related documents as required. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of HR administrative activities.

Recruitment & Talent Coordination:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including vacancy coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities. Maintain candidate records and ensure recruitment documentation is properly organized. Assist with onboarding activities and ensure new employees receive the required documentation and information.

Employee Relations & HR Support:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding routine HR-related queries and requests. Support employee engagement, communication, and workplace initiatives. Assist with employee concerns and escalate complex matters to the appropriate HR management when required. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Attendance, Leave & Employee Records:

Monitor and maintain accurate attendance, leave, and employee-related records. Assist with processing leave requests and updating relevant HR systems. Ensure employee information remains accurate, complete, and up to date. Prepare HR reports and summaries related to attendance, leave, and workforce information.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Support the implementation and communication of company HR policies and procedures. Ensure HR documentation and processes are handled consistently and in accordance with applicable requirements. Assist with maintaining employee files and documentation in line with internal standards. Support HR audits, reporting requirements, and other compliance-related activities when required.

HR Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare regular HR reports, employee summaries, and workforce-related information for management. Coordinate with payroll and relevant departments to ensure employee information is accurate and updated. Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and administrative initiatives. Maintain effective communication with employees, management, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proven experience in an HR Officer, HR Executive, or similar human resources role. Strong understanding of HR administration, recruitment, employee records, and HR processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems or HR management software. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities.

Ability to work effectively with employees, management, and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR regulations is preferred.
