Join Our Team as an HR Officer: We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic HR Officer to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR operations, UAE labor laws, and a keen interest in contributing to a dynamic and supportive work culture.
Key Focus on ERP Systems: A crucial requirement for this role is hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo. Familiarity with digital platforms that support employee management, HR data processing, and administrative workflows will be considered a strong asset.
Labor Law & Compliance Expertise: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law across all HR functions. From onboarding to contract terminations, your attention to legal procedures and documentation will help maintain the company’s ethical and legal standing.
Language & Communication: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory for this role. Being bilingual in Arabic and English is highly preferred and will enhance your ability to communicate across multicultural teams and assist with government or legal documentation.
