Job Description

Role Overview GEMS Education is hiring an HR Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, education and schooling industry knowledge, and the ability to manage HR functions effectively, coordinate recruitment and employee administration, support employee relations, maintain compliance, provide HR guidance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic educational organization.

HR Functions Management – You will manage HR functions by coordinating processes, overseeing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate comprehensive HR operations and support organizational objectives. You should manage HR functions professionally.

Human Resources Operations – You will oversee HR operations by managing procedures, maintaining records, organizing systems, and supporting compliance. You will ensure organized HR operations and effectiveness. You should manage HR operations effectively.

Recruitment and Hiring Management – You will manage recruitment by coordinating job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. You will work with hiring managers and drive hiring processes. You should manage recruitment functions.

Job Posting and Vacancy Coordination – You will coordinate job postings by managing advertisements, organizing vacancies, updating information, and supporting promotion. You will help disseminate job opportunities effectively. You should manage vacancy postings.

Applicant Screening and Assessment – You will screen applications by reviewing submissions, evaluating qualifications, assessing fit, and maintaining records. You will help identify qualified candidates efficiently. You should assess applications systematically.

Applicant Tracking System Management – You will manage ATS by organizing candidate information, tracking applications, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment workflows. You will maintain organized candidate tracking systems. You should manage ATS effectively.

Interview Coordination and Management – You will coordinate interviews by scheduling sessions, arranging facilities, preparing materials, notifying candidates, and confirming details. You will facilitate smooth interview processes. You should manage interview coordination.

Interview Evaluation Support – You will assist with interview evaluation by documenting assessments, compiling feedback, organizing information, and supporting decision-making. You will help assess candidate suitability. You should support interview assessment.
