Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented HR Officer to join a leading Food & Beverage company based in Jeddah. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast paced operational environment and is ready to deliver reliable, consistent, and high quality human resources support across all HR functions within a dynamic and growing organization.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR documentation, coordinating with government relations where required, and ensuring that all HR processes are executed smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and management alike, handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion at all times.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in an HR Officer or similar HR role, ideally within the food and beverage, manufacturing, or industrial sector. A solid understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices is essential for this role. You should be highly organized, a strong communicator in both Arabic and English, and someone who takes pride in delivering accurate and timely HR support. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment are qualities we are looking for.

Salary: SAR 6,000 – 8,000
