Aman Exchange Company is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Officer to join their team in Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for a well rounded HR professional with a solid background in human resources management and a strong understanding of Kuwait labour law to contribute to a reputable and growing exchange company.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, attendance and leave management, and ensuring full compliance with Kuwait labour law and company policies. You will serve as a reliable and professional point of contact for employees and management, playing a key role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience within Kuwait along with a thorough and practical knowledge of local labour laws and regulations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously are essential qualities we are looking for. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems will be considered a strong advantage in this role.
