Role Overview

AL Mufeed Group is hiring an HR Officer in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for HR professionals with proven human resources experience, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage recruitment, employee documentation, HR operations, visa processing, and support effective human resources management across the organization.

Recruitment and Hiring Coordination

Manage recruitment and hiring coordination by posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring timely hiring of qualified personnel across AL Mufeed Group.

Employee Onboarding and Orientation

Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation by preparing joining documentation, conducting orientation sessions, processing employment contracts, coordinating with departments for workspace arrangements, and ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

HR Documentation and Record Maintenance

Maintain HR documentation and records by managing employee personnel files, updating HRMS databases, processing contracts and amendments, tracking employee certifications, maintaining organized filing systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for all employees.

Visa and Immigration Processing

Handle visa and immigration processing by preparing visa applications, coordinating work permit processing, managing visa renewals and cancellations, liaising with PRO services, tracking visa status, and ensuring compliance with UAE immigration regulations.

Attendance and Leave Management

Manage attendance and leave systems by monitoring employee attendance, processing leave requests, tracking annual leave balances, coordinating sick leave documentation, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor law leave entitlements.

Payroll Coordination Support

Support payroll coordination by collecting attendance data, verifying timesheets, processing salary information, coordinating with finance department, managing payroll documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely salary processing for all employees.

Employee Relations and Communication

Handle employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving workplace concerns, facilitating communication between staff and management, maintaining positive work environment, and supporting employee engagement across the organization.

Performance Management Support

Support performance management by coordinating performance review cycles, tracking probation periods, maintaining appraisal documentation, processing confirmation letters, and assisting managers with performance-related processes and documentation.

HR Compliance and Labor Law

Ensure HR compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations by implementing compliant employment practices, managing contracts per legal requirements, coordinating with MOHRE for labor-related matters, and maintaining adherence to regulatory obligations.

End-of-Service and Exit Management

Handle end-of-service and exit management by processing resignations, conducting exit interviews, calculating gratuity and final settlements, coordinating clearance procedures, managing visa cancellations, and ensuring compliant offboarding per UAE labor law.

Training Coordination

Coordinate training activities by identifying training needs, organizing development programs, scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, tracking mandatory certifications, and supporting employee skill development initiatives.

HR Reporting and Administration

Prepare HR reports and administration including monthly headcount reports, turnover analysis, recruitment metrics, attendance summaries, visa tracking reports, and other HR data that support management decision-making and workforce planning.
