Job Description

Role Overview – Reliance Insurance Brokers LLC is a Care and Cure Medical Center is growing and looking for an experienced HR Officer with minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience to join our healthcare team. This position is ideal for HR professionals with strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and background in insurance and healthcare fields who can handle recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Recruitment Management – You will handle recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, selecting qualified healthcare professionals and support staff, preparing employment offers, and ensuring the medical center attracts and hires quality talent to support patient care operations.

Payroll Coordination – You will coordinate payroll processes including gathering attendance data, processing salary information, managing deductions, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, coordinating with payroll providers or finance teams, and handling payroll-related employee queries.

Employee Relations – You will manage employee relations by serving as a point of contact for staff concerns, addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, promoting positive work environment, and ensuring employees feel supported and valued within the healthcare organization.

HR Operations Management – You will manage HR operations including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, managing leave administration, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, and supporting the medical center's operational needs through effective HR administration.

Compliance and Labor Law – You will ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, healthcare regulations, company policies, and HR best practices. Your compliance knowledge protects the organization from legal risks, ensures proper employment practices, and maintains regulatory standards specific to healthcare environments.

Insurance and Healthcare HR – You will leverage your background in insurance and healthcare fields to understand sector-specific HR requirements, manage healthcare professional licensing and credentialing, coordinate health insurance benefits, and navigate the unique HR considerations in medical environments.
