Job Description
HR Operations: As an HR Officer, you will manage end-to-end HR activities for the school, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee lifecycle management. Your role will ensure compliance with policies while supporting staff requirements.
Employee Engagement: You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive workplace culture by fostering employee well-being, supporting staff needs, and ensuring high levels of engagement within the school community.
Payroll & Benefits: You will oversee salary processing, attendance, leave records, and ensure timely execution of payroll and benefits, in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Performance Management: Assisting management in evaluating staff performance, preparing reports, and ensuring appraisal processes are fair and transparent will be a core responsibility.
Compliance & Records: You will maintain HR records, contracts, and official documentation, while ensuring adherence to UAE Ministry of Education regulations and Sharjah labor laws.
School Support Functions: Given the educational environment, you will provide HR support for academic and non-academic staff, handle recruitment for teaching roles, and manage staff-related administrative requirements.
