Job Overview: Amity Education is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support its HR operations in the UAE. The role is best suited for professionals with experience in HR functions within the education sector, combining strong operational knowledge with a people-first approach. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes that enhance employee experiences and compliance across the school or university environment.

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Officer, you will manage recruitment, employee onboarding, contract administration, and staff records. You will coordinate with academic and administrative departments to meet staffing requirements, manage day-to-day HR queries, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. Timely handling of employee lifecycle activities will be a critical part of this role.

Education Sector Expertise: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in schools, colleges, or universities. Familiarity with teacher recruitment, academic calendars, staff visa processes, and education compliance requirements will be highly valuable. This ensures that HR practices are aligned with the unique needs of the education industry.

Employee Support & Engagement: A major part of the role involves supporting staff members with HR services, including leave management, benefits administration, and resolving workplace concerns. You will also participate in employee engagement initiatives, helping foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture at Amity Education.

Compliance & Policy Management: HR in the education sector requires strict adherence to labor laws, visa regulations, and education authority guidelines. You will maintain accurate employee records, manage audits, and ensure policies are consistently applied. By keeping policies up-to-date and ensuring transparency, you will help protect both employees and the organization.
