Job Description
Human Resource Operations: As an HR & Document Control Officer at DHA Contracting LLC, you will be responsible for managing employee records, overseeing hiring processes, processing documentation, and supporting employee relations activities. Your role will involve maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws and ensuring the proper execution of HR policies across departments.
Document Control and Filing System: You will be in charge of developing and maintaining an effective document control system that includes managing all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring timely distribution, and safeguarding sensitive company data. You’ll ensure proper archiving of both digital and physical files in accordance with company policy.
Recruitment Coordination: In this role, you will support recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and helping with onboarding processes. You will liaise with department heads to understand staffing needs and facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the company.
HR Compliance and Audits: You will ensure that all HR operations adhere to local labor regulations, internal audit standards, and ISO requirements. From preparing documentation for inspections to updating compliance registers, your role is key to maintaining the company’s credibility and legal alignment.
Payroll and Leave Management: Your responsibility will also include verifying attendance reports, calculating leave balances, managing sick leaves, and coordinating payroll inputs with the accounts team. Accurate handling of time-related data will be critical to ensuring fair and timely employee compensation.
Training and Development Records: You will track training schedules, maintain logs of employee certifications, and assist with identifying training needs in coordination with the management. Accurate and up-to-date records of employee qualifications and skills will be part of your document control role.
