Mayfair IT Consultancy is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to join their growing remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in UK human resources who is ready to take full ownership of the HR function and deliver excellence across all people operations within a dynamic and forward thinking IT consultancy.

In this role you will be responsible for managing end to end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UK employment laws and HR policies. You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for the organization, ensuring that all people processes are handled professionally, accurately, and in full alignment with UK employment legislation and best practices. Your ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies, support managers and employees across the business, and maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will bring proven HR management experience within a UK based work environment with strong knowledge of UK employment laws, HR policies, and recruitment processes being essential and non-negotiable requirements for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and solutions focused approach to HR challenges, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing UK business hours are key qualities we are looking for.
