Role Overview – Arakkal Gold & Diamonds is hiring an HR Manager Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, retail and luxury goods industry knowledge, and the ability to manage comprehensive HR operations effectively, drive organizational development, ensure regulatory compliance, support customer-facing staff excellence, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic luxury jewelry and diamonds business.

Strategic HR Planning and Organizational Development – You will develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with Arakkal Gold & Diamonds' business objectives, luxury market positioning, and organizational growth trajectory. You will assess organizational talent gaps, design workforce development initiatives, and implement strategic programs supporting business expansion in luxury jewelry market. You will translate business strategy into HR initiatives and measure HR contribution to organizational success.

Talent Recruitment and Workforce Planning – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition by identifying staffing needs across retail operations, showrooms, customer service, and administrative functions. You will source qualified professionals, coordinate hiring processes, and build capable teams supporting luxury retail excellence and customer service. You will develop recruitment strategies for retail staff, jewelry specialists, and professional employees.

Retail and Customer-Facing Workforce Management – You will manage retail workforce by understanding customer service requirements, supporting sales staff excellence, and ensuring service quality. You will coordinate with store management regarding staffing needs, support employee engagement in customer service, and maintain focus on customer satisfaction through workforce excellence. You should understand luxury retail operations and customer service requirements.

Employee Relations and Engagement – You will foster positive employee relations by establishing communication channels, addressing workplace concerns, and resolving conflicts constructively. You will develop employee engagement programs, conduct satisfaction assessments, and implement culture-building initiatives promoting commitment. You will create inclusive workplace environment supporting employee satisfaction and retention across workforce.
