Role Overview: HZ Development is looking for a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager / Administrator with deep experience in the UAE real estate sector. This role will be responsible for leading all HR operations, ensuring that the company’s human capital strategy aligns with its growth objectives in property development. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience in hiring top-tier real estate professionals, sales consultants, and property managers, contributing to the continued success and expansion of the organization.
Core Responsibilities: The HR Manager will oversee a wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. A key focus will be developing efficient systems that support a motivated workforce and align with both UAE labour law and the company’s internal policies. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all HR operations.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: A major aspect of the role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top real estate talent. This includes designing recruitment campaigns, sourcing high-performing sales professionals, and building a network of candidates suited for the real estate market. The HR Manager will also manage onboarding, ensuring that new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and performance expectations are clearly set from day one.
Employee Development and Performance: The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing continuous learning initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluation systems tailored to real estate operations. By conducting regular appraisals and offering constructive feedback, the HR Manager will foster a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring that employees are equipped to meet organizational and market demands.
Compliance and Policy Management: The HR Manager will ensure strict adherence to UAE labour laws, regulatory frameworks, and real estate industry-specific HR guidelines. This includes managing employee documentation, contracts, visas, and benefits in compliance with government authorities. Additionally, the role involves developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies that reflect both legal and ethical best practices.
Strategic HR Planning: The HR Manager will partner with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs, design compensation structures, and plan workforce expansion in alignment with project goals. A deep understanding of real estate cycles and the ability to adapt HR strategies accordingly will be vital for ensuring that the company maintains an efficient and future-ready workforce.
