Daily duties require overseeing employee relations, driving performance management frameworks, managing workforce planning models, and ensuring total compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local healthcare workforce mandates. Additionally, the HR Manager will guide onboarding programs, lead organizational policy reviews, manage clinical and administrative staffing pipelines, resolve employee relations matters, and advise executive leadership on strategic HR initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency.
