Role Overview – Transguard Group is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced human resources professionals with strong HR expertise, security and operations industry knowledge, and the ability to lead HR function effectively, manage recruitment, develop security personnel talent, ensure compliance, support organizational culture, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic security and facility management organization.
HR Strategy and Planning – You will develop HR strategy by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and driving strategic initiatives. You will align HR with business strategy and support organizational growth. You will contribute strategic thinking to organizational development and talent management.
Team Leadership and Management – You will lead HR team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment by developing recruitment strategy, overseeing sourcing, managing hiring, and building talent pipelines. You will establish recruitment standards, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure quality hiring across security organization. You should develop recruitment strategy supporting security staffing.
Security Personnel Recruitment – You will manage recruitment for security positions including security guards, supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff. You will recruit skilled security personnel supporting operations. You should understand security talent requirements and market.
Administrative and Support Staff Recruitment – You will manage recruitment for administrative, operations, and support positions supporting organization. You will build complete workforce. You should manage diverse recruitment needs.
Employee Relations Management – You will manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships. You will conduct feedback mechanisms and support inclusive environment. You should be approachable resource for employee matters.
Performance Management System – You will oversee performance management by developing evaluation systems, implementing feedback processes, training managers, and supporting development conversations. You will ensure effective performance culture aligned with organizational objectives.
