Al Bonian Facilities Management is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join their growing team in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in the facilities management or service industry who is ready to take full ownership of the HR function and drive people strategies that support the overall business objectives of a leading and dynamic organization.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, leading end to end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, and overseeing employee relations, performance management, and workplace engagement initiatives. You will ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations, oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies, and play a central role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development across the organization. Your ability to balance strategic HR leadership with hands on operational execution will be central to your success in this position.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of UAE based experience as an HR Manager along with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required and a CIPD or SHRM certification will be considered a significant advantage. Excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in HRMS and MS Office, and a proven track record of delivering impactful HR initiatives within a fast paced environment are essential requirements for this role.
