Role Overview – KG Technologies is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. HR Strategy and Planning – You will develop HR strategy by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and driving strategic initiatives. You will align HR with business strategy and support organizational growth. You will contribute strategic thinking to organizational development and talent management.
Team Leadership and Management – You will lead HR team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment by developing recruitment strategy, overseeing sourcing, managing hiring, and building talent pipelines. You will establish recruitment standards, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure quality hiring across technology organization. You should develop recruitment strategy supporting tech staffing.
Technology Talent Recruitment – You will manage recruitment for technology positions including software developers, engineers, technical architects, and IT professionals. You will recruit skilled technical talent supporting innovation and operations. You should understand technology talent requirements and market.
