Role Overview – Zayed University is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced human resources professionals with strong HR expertise, higher education sector knowledge, and the ability to lead HR function effectively, manage recruitment, develop academic and administrative talent, ensure regulatory compliance, support educational mission, and contribute to organizational success within a leading UAE higher education institution.

HR Strategy and Planning – You will develop HR strategy by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and driving strategic initiatives. You will align HR with academic mission and support institutional excellence. You will contribute strategic thinking to organizational development and talent management.

Team Leadership and Management – You will lead HR team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.

Faculty Recruitment and Selection – You will lead faculty recruitment by developing recruitment strategy, sourcing qualified academics, managing selection processes, and building faculty talent pipelines. You will recruit faculty supporting academic excellence and diversity. You should manage academic recruitment strategically.

Administrative and Support Staff Recruitment – You will manage recruitment for administrative and support positions including staff at all levels. You will recruit professionals supporting university operations. You should manage diverse recruitment needs.
