Hybrid Global is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team in Oud Metha, Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well rounded HR professional with solid UAE based experience who is ready to take full ownership of end to end HR operations and make a meaningful impact within a fast paced and growing organization.
In this role you will be responsible for managing comprehensive HR operations and recruitment processes, handling onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. You will support payroll coordination, visa processing, and all HR administration functions, playing a central role in building a strong, engaged, and compliant workforce that supports the overall goals of the business.
The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of HR experience gained within the UAE along with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and HR practices. Experience within the IT or recruitment industry is preferred and will be considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication and multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously in a fast paced environment are essential qualities we are looking for.
