HR Strategy and Planning – You will develop HR strategy by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and driving strategic initiatives. You will align HR with school strategy supporting educational excellence. You will contribute strategic thinking to organizational development and talent management.
Team Leadership and Management – You will lead HR team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment by developing recruitment strategy, overseeing sourcing, managing hiring, and building talent pipelines. You will establish recruitment standards, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure quality hiring of teachers and support staff. You should develop recruitment strategy supporting school staffing.
