We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join a leading construction and contracting company based in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in the construction industry who is ready to take full ownership of the HR function and make a meaningful impact in a fast paced and project driven environment.

In this role you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations and day to day HR operations, and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. You will support payroll coordination, attendance management, and performance management, maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records, and coordinate closely with project teams and management on manpower planning and requirements. Your ability to manage diverse HR responsibilities simultaneously while supporting the operational needs of a busy construction environment will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of HR experience within the construction or contracting industry. Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment are essential requirements for this role. A proactive and solutions focused approach to HR management and a genuine passion for supporting people and building strong teams will set you apart as a candidate.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month, negotiable based on experience
