Team Leadership and Management – You will lead HR team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment by developing recruitment strategy, overseeing sourcing, managing hiring, and building talent pipelines.
