Job Description

Role Overview – Al Salehi is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for experienced human resources professionals with strong HR expertise, organizational management knowledge, and the ability to lead HR function effectively, manage recruitment, develop talent, ensure compliance, support organizational culture, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic business organization.

HR Strategy and Planning – You will develop HR strategy by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and driving strategic initiatives. You will align HR with business strategy and support organizational objectives. You will contribute strategic thinking to organizational development.

Team Leadership and Management – You will lead HR team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment by developing recruitment strategy, overseeing sourcing, managing hiring, and building talent pipelines. You will establish recruitment standards, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure quality hiring. You should develop recruitment strategy supporting organizational staffing.
