Role Overview – Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced human resources professionals with strong HR expertise, construction and contracting industry knowledge, and the ability to manage comprehensive HR operations effectively, lead recruitment initiatives, develop talent strategies, ensure compliance, support organizational culture, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic contracting and construction services organization.
HR Strategy Development and Implementation – You will develop comprehensive HR strategies by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and driving implementation. You will align HR with contracting business strategy, establish HR direction supporting project delivery, and support organizational growth objectives. You will contribute strategic thinking to organizational development and talent management across diverse contracting operations.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Leadership – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition by developing recruitment strategies, overseeing sourcing initiatives, managing hiring processes, and building talent pipelines. You will establish recruitment standards, manage recruitment budgets, support hiring managers with requirements, and ensure quality hiring across construction and administrative positions. You should develop robust talent acquisition supporting staffing needs for project-based operations.
Construction Workforce Management – You will manage construction workforce by recruiting skilled trades, managing site crews, supporting labor requirements across projects, and coordinating with site managers. You will recruit laborers, equipment operators, supervisors, and skilled tradespeople, manage crew scheduling, and support site staffing needs. You should understand construction labor requirements and scheduling.
Team Leadership and Management – You will lead HR team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain team standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities effectively.
